CLASSES
Sheffield Yoga for ME/CFS runs gentle specially adapted yoga classes for people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Post Viral Fatigue (over 2 months' duration) and similar conditions such as Post Polio Syndrome (PPS) in Sheffield.
The classes are specially adapted for those with ME/CFS. They are held in 2 venues (details below) and different styles are offered.
The cost is £2 (optional) and free transport can be provided.
