From town via Crookes Valley
Go through Commonside passing pub, Springvale Cask Ale House, and continue straight ahead towards South Road. Continue through S bend and take the 3rd road on the right. This is Cromwell Street (about 350 yards past Springvale Cask Ale House and at the top of which, on left, is The Bakers Shop). Go down Cromwell Sreet and turn left at bottom on to Walkley Street. The next right is Burgoyne Street. The Yoga Centre is a red brick building about 100 yards down the hill, on the left-hand side.

Towards town
Go along South Road past Rose Marie pub for 350 yards and turn left down Cundy Street. At first intersection, turn right in front of Royal Hotel and soon next left down Burgoyne Street and as above.

From along Infirmary Road
Go past Tesco on left and after 300 yards turn sharp left at lights just before Micky Flynn’s Motorcycle shop and go uphill around to right. Turn right onto Whitehouse Lane and almost immediately left into Burgoyne Street (Newspaper shop on corner). The Yoga Centre is about 400 yards uphill on the right

Towards town along Infirmary Road
Go past the Cuthbert Bank pub (on left) and after 200 yards bear right immediately after traffic lights, passing Mickey Flynn’s Motorcycle shop up the hill in front of high brick retaining wall. At next junction turn right into Whitehouse Lane and then left as above.

BY BUS
Buses 94 and 95 go along South Road. Buses 81, 82, 83 and 86 go along Infirmary Road.
