About the Yoga
The yoga sessions are specially adapted for those with ME/CFS and consist of relaxation and breathing exercises which require no movement at all and some gentle postures which require physical movement (optional). Participants are encouraged to keep within their own limits. Much of the time is spent lying down but there may be a little sitting. Participants are welcome to come and only do the breathing and relaxation exercises if they don't feel up to doing any physical movements.
