• Mass Yoga Event, Friday 27th January - come to the class or play the CD at home
  We are holding a mass yoga event as part of our tenth anniversay celebrations. We hope that all members who are able will take part in some way either at home by playing the CD (sent in the latest bulletin) or in the class. This can be by fully taking part in the yoga practice or visualising the practice, or indeed just doing the relxation or listening to the recording.
